Temple Emanu-El

Spiritual. Egalitarian. Welcoming.

Guest Speaker Leat Corrine

Thursday, April 11, 2024
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us as Leat — humanitarian activist, advocate, lobbyist and cousin to Israeli hostage Omer Shem Tov — shares with us the details about the current hostage crisis as it has been playing out in Israel, and her role in working tirelessly to bring her cousin Omer Shem Tov, along with all of the remaining hostages, home.

Before October 7, 2023, Leat dedicated her work to advocating for human rights and promoting peace by leading protests, rallies, and speaking engagements with various organizations and populations, amplifying the voices of those in need.

Since October 7, Leat’s full focus has shifted to bringing Omer home alive and well, and amplifying the voices of the hostages and their families.

One of the most important things to the families of the hostages is knowing that their loved ones have not been forgotten by the world.  Let’s show our support for the hostages and their families in full Temple Emanu-El of Palm Beach style by attending this important program.

This program is followed by a wine and cheese reception.
