Judge Einhorn’s presentation will explore the events that led to the establishment in 1945 of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg (IMT), which heard the cases against 22 major Nazi war criminals.

From 1979 through 1990, Judge Einhorn was Special Prosecutor and Chief of Litigation for the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), the Justice Department agency responsible for seeking the identification and prosecution of fugitive Nazi war criminals found in the United States.
