Spiritual. Egalitarian. Welcoming.

Women’s League

“Nothing liberates our greatness like the desire to help, the desire to serve.”

Marianne Williamson

As part of one of the largest synagogue-based women’s organizations in the world, Women’s League of Temple Emanu-El is involved in numerous volunteer programs geared toward education, religious observance, Israel and public policy and advocacy.

The members of Women’s League also play a central and vital role in the life of Temple Emanu-El, offering a wide range of programs and activities for women of all ages.  Whether you’re looking for intellectually stimulating lectures, or just delightful social events with good friends, we’re sure you will find it here!

Membership in Women’s League is open to all women.

Four times each school year (Rosh Hashanah, Hanukkah, Purim, and Passover) they’ll receive nice “care packages” in the mail that include a note from the Rabbi, gift cards, a holiday themed treat, and more. Contact the Temple Emanu-El office for more information and to sign up! We love our college students
