We will look briefly at the science behind the significant benefits of some simple but powerful breathing and meditation practices and then try them together. We will learn to create a more peaceful inner landscape, and empower ourselves to respond to challenges with more wisdom and emotional resilience.
Our meditation will resonate with the holiday theme of teshuvah– a return to the divine within ourselves, as a path toward both comfort and empowerment for good.
Participants will come away with simple tools that can be used “on the go” in just a few seconds, or for quieter extended times.
