Start your day by nourishing both your body and soul with an easy-to-follow Shacharit Service, inspirational readings and more!

Following the Service will study Wisdom of the Fathers – the classic teachings of Pirkei Avot. We’ll begin at the beginning, learning a new Mishnah at each Service. Short and sweet, their message will inspire you all week. We will also be distributing a worksheet at each session, so you can keep a notebook of all that you are learning!

And lastly, we will wrap up our morning with a delicious hot breakfast catered by our in-house chef, Marla.
